Mr. Mark
With over 8 years of childcare experience, including owning and operating a licensed in-home daycare for more than two years, Mark brings extensive knowledge of early childhood education, licensing, and program management.
Mark is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. He is committed to partnering with families and leading a team that provides exceptional care every day.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, Gabrielle, their two sons, Theodore and Finnick, and their two dogs. He also loves being outdoors and golfing whenever he has the opportunity.

Ms. Natalia
Ms. Natalia is our Lead Infant Teacher at Together We Grow Kids Co. She is passionate about providing a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where our youngest learners can grow, explore, and thrive.
She believes that the first years of life are incredibly important and is dedicated to building strong, trusting relationships with each child and their family. Through responsive caregiving, engaging activities, music, sensory play, and plenty of love, Ms. Natalia helps create a classroom where every infant feels secure, valued, and supported.

Ms. Stella is our Lead Toddler & Preschool Teacher at Together We Grow Kids Co. She is passionate about helping young children learn through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences. Her classroom is filled with hands-on activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, independence, and a love of learning.
Ms. Stella believes in creating a warm, welcoming environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. She enjoys fostering children's social-emotional development while helping them build confidence, friendships, and important kindergarten readiness skills.
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Stella enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Ms. Emma
Float TeacherMs. Emma is our Float Teacher at Together We Grow Kids Co. She plays an important role in supporting our entire center by assisting in the classrooms, helping care for our infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, preparing bottles, assisting with meals, and helping keep our learning environment clean, organized, and welcoming.
Ms. Emma enjoys building relationships with children of all ages and loves stepping in wherever she is needed to ensure each child receives the care, attention, and encouragement they deserve. Her positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to help make her a valued member of our team.
