Mr. Mark
With over 8 years of childcare experience, including owning and operating a licensed in-home daycare for more than two years, Mark brings extensive knowledge of early childhood education, licensing, and program management.
Mark is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. He is committed to partnering with families and leading a team that provides exceptional care every day.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, Gabrielle, their two sons, Theodore and Finnick, and their two dogs. He also loves being outdoors and golfing whenever he has the opportunity.

Ms. Natalia
Ms. Natalia is our Lead Infant Teacher at Together We Grow Kids Co. She is passionate about providing a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where our youngest learners can grow, explore, and thrive.
She believes that the first years of life are incredibly important and is dedicated to building strong, trusting relationships with each child and their family. Through responsive caregiving, engaging activities, music, sensory play, and plenty of love, Ms. Natalia helps create a classroom where every infant feels secure, valued, and supported.

Lead Infant TeacherMs. Alyssa
Lead Toddler TeacherMs. Alyssa brings nearly three years of childcare experience and a passion for helping children learn, grow, reach milestones, and build confidence. She loves building meaningful relationships with children and their families and creating a classroom where every child feels safe, loved, and encouraged.
She enjoys creating hands-on activities that allow children to explore, be creative, and learn through play. Her caring and nurturing approach helps children feel comfortable trying new things and celebrating their accomplishments.
Outside of TWGKC, Ms. Alyssa enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, spending time outdoors—especially fishing—and coming up with fun new ideas for the classroom.
She is excited to continue growing alongside our children and families at TWGKC!
Ms. Adriana
Substitute TeacherMs. Adriana serves as a Substitute Teacher at Together We Grow Kids Co., providing dependable support whenever she's needed in our classrooms. During the regular school year, she works with the Menomonie School District, bringing valuable experience and a strong understanding of child development and education.
With her warm personality and flexible approach, Ms. Adriana helps create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable learning, exploring, and having fun. She enjoys building positive relationships with each child and supporting our teaching team to ensure every day runs smoothly.
She also loves doing art projects with our Busy Chicks class.
We are grateful to have Ms. Adriana as part of the Together We Grow Kids Co. family and appreciate the care, kindness, and experience she brings to our center.
Ms. Jules
Infant TeacherMs. Jules brings over two years of childcare experience working with children from newborns through school age, with a special love for infants and toddlers. She loves watching little ones grow, discover new things, reach milestones, and develop their own unique personalities.
Creative, caring, and a little goofy, Ms. Jules brings lots of fun and energy into the classroom through play, stories, art, music, and plenty of smiles. She is also continuing her education and looks forward to taking additional Early Childhood Education courses as she grows in the field.
Outside of TWGKC, Ms. Jules enjoys creative writing, gaming, spending time with the people she loves, and hanging out with her little dog, Duke! 🐾
She is excited to be part of the TWGKC family and looks forward to building relationships with all of our wonderful children and families!
